This is possibly Addison BLAIN. If so, Addison was a prominent member of the Marion County Township. He was instrumental in the restoration of the old Quarry St. Cemetery, a ‘talking puppet’ entertainer for children and also the chaplain for President McKinley. He was the son of Senator Bain who was born in Dundee, Scotland, as were many in this area.
